日本へ由紀子が里帰りをしていた際にふと立ち寄ったご近所のコーヒーロースター(焙煎)屋さんのTerra Coffee(テラコーヒー)さん。白楽を始めとし、現在は大倉山、さらに中目黒に店舗をお持ちのテラコーヒーさん。オーナーさんのコーヒーに対する情熱と、より良い焙煎の方法を日々勉強されている真剣な姿勢に二人は心を打たれます。「ぜひテラさんのコーヒーを私達のカフェでお客様に提供したい」というもう一つの夢が産まれました。




David and Yukiko both started their pursuit of excellent coffee years ago in
Vancouver Canada and have since moved to Yokohama and continue to strive for excellence in acquiring and preparing exceptional coffee that is second to none. Trained under coffee master and COE (Cup of Excellence) panel judge, Alan Vuong, they have been honing and mastering their expertise in all things coffee and are constantly researching methods and techniques to bring you a truly amazing coffee experience.

The second most consumed beverage, after water, coffee has a rich history that dates back at least a thousand years and is believed to originate in South Sudan and Ethiopia. As well as being a delicious beverage served hot or cold, coffee has some significant health benefits which include prevention of heart disease, liver disease, dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and many types of cancer. It is also one of the best sources of antioxidants and has been scientifically proven to increase longevity. We source our beans form local roaster, Tera coffee roasters who use ethically sourced, fair trade beans.
